Terms and conditions

It’s important to read the fine print and understand what you need to do to keep the warranty active for its full length.

Warmflow requires that you have the boiler installed and commissioned by a Warmflow engineer. If not, the boiler should be installed by an OFTEC registered engineer. After completing the installation, you need to complete and return the guarantee registration form to the manufacturer within 30 days.

You will also need to keep your boiler serviced every 12 months by a Warmflow or OFTEC registered engineer and have all the relevant paperwork ready.

Boiler failing to ignite
