How many companies will call me?

Up to four Gas Safe registered companies will contact you.
Will it be local companies that contact me?

The majority of companies we work with all cover a local area. On some occasions, we do work with larger companies who cover bigger areas.
Are the companies that will quote me Gas Safe registered?

All the companies that we work with are gas safe registered.
Do companies that carry out the work have Public Liability Insurance?

CTBM ensure that all the traders that sign up to them to carry out heating work have the correct insurances in place. When the certificates run out they have to send in new certificates in order to receive and further enquiries.
Do CTBM work with any installer?

CTBM only with work with trusted traders. There is a vetting process the company must pass before they receive any customer details to provide a quotation.
Will the companies charge me for a quotation?

All quotations will be free of charge.
Do you sell or pass personal data onto other companies?

No, CTBM is signed up to ICO and comply with GDPR so you can be assured your personal details will not be passed on to any third party.
If I change my mind will I get charged because someone has been to my property?

No, all quotations are free of charge.
Can we give CTBM any feedback about the installers we receive quotes from?

Yes, you will be able to email all feedback to installerfeedback@ctbm.co.uk.
Do you provide quotes for other fuel types other than gas?

Yes, we work with a diverse range of installers covering Oil, LPG and electric.
