CTBM has been set up by individuals who have extensive knowledge in the heating industry. The call agents have similar backgrounds and are highly trained to ensure the best leads are sold.
When we set you up, we will ask you which postcode areas you want leads in. Only qualified leads generated in those postcodes will be allocated to you
You will top your account up like a Pay As You Go mobile phone. For example, if you top up the account with £100 you will receive leads until the £100 has been used up then your account will pause. You can top up as often as you like.
From experience and extensive research our findings show that consumers like to shop around. We will not sell the lead onto more than 4 companies. In some cases, we may only have 1-2 contractors that cover a certain postcode so the lead will only be sold to them.
You must allow up to 3 days before you return a lead. We must see evidence that you have tried to contact them via phone at least 3 times at different times, text message and email.

Yes we do, however, you must adhere to the CTBM returns policy before returning leads. You will have the option to purchase the leads at a cheaper price than normal and override the returns policy, so you keep all the leads.
